Advice for applicants
Lead with your practical supply planning experience. If you have 3+ years in this space, position that up front and show how you’ve balanced inventory investment with product availability across a network.
Demonstrate your data-driven approach. If you’ve used planning tools such as D365, Logility or Power BI, mention the specific systems and how you translated data into actionable plans.
Be ready to talk about cross-functional collaboration. Share examples of working with Merchandising, Sales, Logistics and Warehousing to align supply priorities and actions.
Come prepared with a smart question to ask in the interview. For instance, ask how supply priorities are coordinated across the business and how new product introductions are managed within the portfolio.
