Indie Campers is seeking a Casual Support and Cleaning Agent for the Darwin depot who values guest service as much as vehicle upkeep. In this role you will clean interiors and exteriors, verify prep, perform inspections, move and collect vans, assist with airport pickups, and maintain depot equipment. The most important requirements are a valid driver’s license with van driving ability, willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, physical stamina, an eye for cleanliness, and clear communication. Immediate availability is preferred. THE ROLE

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Darwin. Reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
• Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition;
• Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
• Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid Driver's license and ability to drive a van (plus);
• Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and national holidays;
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
• Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
• Communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability.
