Total Community Care, part of CCH, is hiring a Support Worker in Sherborne to support a motivated gentleman with a spinal cord injury. It’s a full-time onsite role paying £13 per hour, with shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as you’ll help with daily routines and outings. No experience is needed because full training and a paid induction are provided, and DBS is funded. The right person combines compassion, reliability, listening, and flexibility with a willingness to learn in a values-led, people-first culture.
