Aruma is hiring full-time onsite Support Workers in Townsville to empower people with disabilities and youth through person-centred, trauma-informed care and community participation. You will build connections, mentor clients, advocate for rights, and work with multidisciplinary teams to implement plans. The role requires a genuine passion for human rights, empathy, resilience, and excellent communication, plus availability for 24/7 rosters including sleepovers. Essential: Certificate IV in Disability or Child Youth & Family Intervention or willingness to obtain, current First Aid/CPR, valid driver’s licence and an NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
