Aruma is hiring casual Support Workers for Community Services in Alstonville to help people in clubs, at home or in the community connect through shared interests, lead activities and foster belonging and growth. Key requirements include flexible availability across seven days from 8am to 6pm, experience supporting people with complex needs and behaviours, a willingness to provide compassionate personal care, and a natural ability to create inclusive relationships. You will also need First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, a valid driver’s license and an insured car.
