In this role you’ll deliver personalised assistance with personal care, mobility, skill development, mentorship and community participation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans and advocate for rights in safe, trauma-informed environments. Ideal candidates have experience in disability, aged care or family/community services, current First Aid and CPR, a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Check and flexibility for varied shifts.
