About The Role

We're looking for a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in and around Port Macquarie to Kew; the shifts will be morning & evening.

You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

  • Assist clients with personal care support
  • Provide social support and community engagement
  • Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments
  • Work autonomously and within a team to meet client needs


About You

You have a caring nature and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organized and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar aged care qualification)
  • Current drivers’ license and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • National criminal history/police check (issued in the last 3 months)
  • Aged care experience
