Aruma is hiring Casual and PPT Support Workers for Armidale and Tamworth, guided by Brave Values Bold Respectful Authentic. You’ll support people with disabilities in Clubhouses by facilitating activities, helping them explore communities, and fostering belonging. What makes you a great fit: flexible availability across seven days between 6am and 8pm, compassion for personal care, strong relationship-building, and a belief that everyone deserves a full life. You’ll need First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, and a valid driver’s license with an insured car. Apply early; roles may close sooner if the right person is found.
