TE Connectivity is seeking a Supervisory Vendor Materials Production Planning leader in Fuquay Varina, NC to guide a team of production planners and master schedulers, delivering robust, feasible plans aligned with SIOP/IBP decisions and customer service targets. You will own master production schedules, capacity planning, and cross‑functional execution with procurement, logistics and suppliers, while driving data integrity and continuous improvement across ERP/APS tools. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years leading planners in large‑scale manufacturing, strong MPS/MRP and capacity planning expertise, and travel readiness up to 25%. This role engages in the process from the Vendor side of the business but frequently interacts with plant or site production planning team members as well as other functions to ensure proper execution.
The Production Planning Team Leader leads the plant or site production planning team to ensure robust, feasible, and stable production plans that meet customer service, inventory, and operational performance objectives.
This role is accountable for planning quality, team capability, and cross‑functional alignment, acting as the main interface between SIOP/IBP decisions and day‑to‑day production execution.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $83,200k - $103,900k annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
