Freedom Leisure is recruiting a part time Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons at the Marina and Phoenix Leisure Centres, 12 hours a week on a rota across both sites. You will teach children and adults to Level 2 standard, monitor safety, supervise the pool area, and communicate progress to parents while delivering excellent customer service. We are passionate about teaching in our local communities. We believe it is important to encourage children and adults of all ages and abilities to develop water confidence, water skills and improve their swimming techniques. As we continue to grow our programme we are looking for new recruits to join our friendly and talented team here at Freedom Leisure and we are recruiting across the UK now.
This role will be based between the Marina Leisure Centre and Phoenix Leisure Centre, you will need to be able to travel across these sites.
If you want to progress further, we will support this through additional training, both formal and on the job will be key. However, we also appreciate that not everyone wants to ‘move up the ladder’ and that’s absolutely fine with us. What is really important is that you are happy in your work.
