Ingenuity Prep is seeking an Elementary Literacy Teacher for its Ward 8 campus, a full‑time onsite role in a departmentalized model where two to three teachers collaborate to deliver rigorous, standards‑aligned literacy instruction, data‑driven planning, and coaching. You will build foundational and advanced literacy through explicit modeling, structured practice, and targeted small‑group or intervention cycles, with checks for understanding and a strong focus on equity. Ideal candidates demonstrate instructional readiness, achievement orientation, mission alignment, and a growth mindset, and collaborate with families and SPED staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and teacher certification or enrollment in an alternative program; lapsed certs allowed. Salary Range: $64,890 - $81,039 (commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
