Klaviyo is seeking a G&A Technology Software Developer Co-op to join our Global Technology Solutions team. In this role, you’ll help build and improve the software, integrations, and automation that power how our employees and internal teams work every day.

You’ll work at the intersection of People Technology and Finance Technology, supporting systems across HR, Payroll, Compensation, Equity, and Finance Operations. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll write production code, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ship solutions that have immediate internal impact.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Build and enhance APIs, integrations, and automations across People and Finance technology systems (Workday, NetSuite, Greenhouse)
  • Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Improve internal user experiences by simplifying workflows, reducing manual steps, and increasing system reliability
  • Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and iterative delivery
  • Write clear technical documentation and support testing across multiple user personas
  • Support audit and compliance efforts through thoughtful system design, logging, and documentation
  • Explore opportunities to apply modern tooling and automation to make internal systems more efficient

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy shipping code early and often in an agile fashion while partnering with business users to craft better software by soliciting feedback and understanding business needs
  • Embrace Klaviyo’s “always learning” culture that fosters learning at every level, constantly pushing yourself to be a better engineer
  • You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Who You Are:

  • Undergraduate student graduating between December 2026 – May 2028 pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
  • Have completed at least one prior software engineering internship or co-op
  • Experience with one or more Python, Java, XML
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, or web technologies
  • Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable learning new systems and domains
  • Strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working through ambiguity
  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Detail-oriented and interested in building reliable, maintainable internal systems
