SGS is hiring a Talent Acquisition Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers to deliver strong outcomes and a positive candidate experience. This full-time, onsite role is based at Perth Airport, WA, with flexibility for WA or Brisbane applicants to support national projects. You’ll manage the full process from job brief to onboarding, run high-volume campaigns, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build pipelines while tracking metrics and promoting inclusive hiring and a compelling employer brand. Bring about five years in end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder management, experience in high-volume environments, and familiarity with ATS tools like SmartRecruiters; sector experience in resources or industrial is highly desirable.
