SGS Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment, delivering candidate experience. This onsite Brisbane role is open to WA or Brisbane applicants with national project flexibility. You’ll run high-volume campaigns, partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and references, onboard new starters, build talent pipelines, and monitor metrics while promoting inclusive hiring and an employer brand. About you: five years in end-to-end recruitment, solid stakeholder management, and the ability to juggle multiple roles; ATS experience (SmartRecruiters a plus) and cross-industry adaptability.
