We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our collaborative and high-performing internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor.
As part of this portfolio, you will also support recruitment activity for Pinangba, UnitingCare's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led service delivery arm. Built on strong cultural identity, community relationships and partnerships, Pinangba delivers culturally informed services that support positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:
Own the recruitment needs of your portfolio, currently supporting recruitment across Pinangba and our Community Aged Care services.
Advertise, screen, source candidates through a variety of means for roles such as Personal Carers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.
Provide an engaging and candidate focused recruitment experience for those applicants being progressed through a recruitment process.
Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders.
Advocate for best practice recruitment strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
What makes a difference for us?
Previous end-to-end recruitment experience (internal or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
Passion for supporting culturally safe and inclusive employment practices and positive candidate experiences.
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
