You’ll blend employer branding with hands on recruitment support, creating content for the career site, campaigns, LinkedIn and YouTube, and coordinating ambassador programs across retail, early careers and tech. Show proactive ownership, strong organisation and the ability to turn ideas into clear messages while embracing feedback. Requirements: enrolled in HBO or WO in HRM, psychology, marketing or related field; available 4 to 5 days per week for six months starting September 2026; fluent in English; eager to connect storytelling with operations.

This role connects two worlds: Employer Branding is the why and the story we tell; Talent Acquisition is the how and the execution that makes it real. You’ll support the recruitment journey with care and structure, while also helping us build authentic employer branding content and initiatives that resonate with future colleagues. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and our Employer Branding partners in an international environment. You’ll get the space to bring ideas, take ownership and learn fast — with feedback, trust and guidance.
