KordaMentha is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the national People and Culture team from Melbourne, driving end-to-end recruitment graduate campaigns and a positive candidate experience to support the firm’s growth. You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify talent gaps, source candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, manage roles in the ATS and on GradConnection and Seek, coordinate graduate programs and onboarding, and support interviews and assessments. The ideal candidate has three to five years in a high volume recruitment role, preferably in agency or professional services, with strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work with limited supervision. For your application, tailor your resume to highlight graduate recruitment, show process improvements, and provide examples of stakeholder collaboration and event planning.
