Nexans is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Specialist to join the Global Talent Acquisition team in Paris La Défense. This role leads end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions, champions internal mobility, and supports global employer branding and talent solutions in a fast paced international environment. As our Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Specialist, you'll join the Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Director. This role has become available as we continue to strengthen our global recruitment capabilities and invest in internal career mobility, employer branding and innovative talent solutions. You'll work with colleagues across Corporate functions and international HR teams, playing a key role in shaping how we attract and develop talent across the business.

Getting a Flying Start

This is far more than a recruitment role. You'll lead end-to-end hiring for Corporate positions while championing internal mobility and supporting global employer branding initiatives. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, build proactive talent pipelines, enhance the candidate experience and help drive continuous improvement of our recruitment technologies and processes.

How You Make an Impact

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and other attraction channels.
• Champion Internal Mobility by supporting employees and HR teams with career opportunities across the Group.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, careers events and social media campaigns that strengthen Nexans' reputation as an employer of choice.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, systems and Talent Acquisition projects, helping deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Your Starting Points

• Around 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Management within an international organisation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions while partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Fluent in both English and French.
