As Talent Acquisition Manager – France, you will lead recruitment across Everfield's French portfolio companies, partnering directly with CEOs, Managing Directors, and hiring managers to attract top talent and strengthen hiring practices.
You'll operate across a diverse range of businesses, from newly acquired companies undergoing transformation to more mature organisations with established hiring processes. This role combines hands-on recruitment, stakeholder advisory, and process improvement in a fast-paced and highly autonomous environment.
Own end-to-end recruitment across commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and make high-quality hiring decisions.
Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
Analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
Support newly acquired portfolio companies in adopting effective hiring practices and recruitment processes.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements across the region.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of the French talent market.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
Ability to operate independently across multiple priorities and business environments.
A data-driven mindset with strong organisational and project management skills.
Proven experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
Fluency in French and English.
