We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join our People Team. This role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires across tech, and product functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and engage candidates through professional networks, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, and product roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments, providing hiring managers with clear evaluation insights.
Promote employer branding through consistent communication and candidate experience.
Onboarding
Lead the full onboarding journey from contract signing to the candidate’s first day, ensuring smooth transitions.
Guide new hires through visa, relocation, and residency processes, collaborating with government relations and relocation partners.
Coordinate travel, hotel, and initial living arrangements to ease relocation stress for international hires.
Deliver engaging pre-boarding communication and ensure candidates are informed about each stage.
Partner with People Team stakeholders in Riyadh and Dubai to align on onboarding updates.
Maintain trackers, provide weekly updates to hiring managers and stakeholders, and address any blockers proactively.
Ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and supported in their first weeks.

UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Onboarding.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
