World Wide Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for the Netherlands, onsite at our European Integration Centre in Schiphol, with a focus on supply chain and related core business areas. This role requires at least two years of progressive recruiting experience, strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate selection skills, and experience with contract negotiations and onboarding coordination. You will partner with hiring managers, build passive candidate pipelines, and manage end to end recruiting across functions such as sales, engineering, data center, operations and supply chain. • A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
• Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred
• Experience in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis

WWT NL, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter who will be based in our European Integration Centre (EIC) to mainly support our supply chain area of the business based in Schiphol, NL. This position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments. Builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.

• Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
• Coordinates and conducts new hire onboarding.
• Recruits for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
• Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable
• Understands company’s policies and benefits.
• Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
• Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc
• Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Develops a network of business and candidate contacts
• Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Effectively communicates with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs
• Completes miscellaneous projects as needed.
