Bombardier is seeking a Talent Management and Organizational Development Advisor in Québec, full-time on-site, to partner with leaders and HR in designing talent development, leadership programs, change management, and succession initiatives that advance our strategic objectives. You will facilitate leadership workshops, evolve the Learning Academy, use HR analytics to measure impact, and guide organizational transformations while aligning performance processes with business needs. The ideal candidate has 8 to 10 years in HR or OD, strong facilitation and leadership program design skills, experience with psychometrics, PROSCI certification is a plus, and bilingual French and English.
