DeepMind is seeking a Talent Management Operations Partner for a 12-month contract in London to turbo charge talent decisions within the People & Culture Talent Management team. You will turn data into ready insights, build scalable templates and processes, and lead efficiency initiatives using AI tools in close collaboration with Analytics. The role blends strategy and hands on execution in a fast paced, unstructured environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations, analytics or strategy, advanced Google Sheets and SQL, automation experience, strong data storytelling, and HR analytics with confidential data. Collaborating with other P&C teams, as well as business leaders and managers across the organisation, we execute on a critical component of P&C Strategy that develops the culture and environment that enables the advancement of AI research.
