Green by Nature is hiring a fixed-term Talent Partner to cover six months maternity leave, onsite at Hillcrest, NZ, reporting to the Head of Talent in Australia. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for about 30 vacancies, from writing ads and sourcing to screening, pre-employment checks and onboarding, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is people-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and a knack for improvement; admin support or recruitment exposure is helpful but not essential. Our Talent Partner is heading off on maternity leave and we are looking for a fixed term Talent Partner to cover their leave for 6 months. Ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent across New Zealand, from Whangārei to Wānaka.
Managing approximately 30 vacancies at any given time, you’ll oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job ads and sourcing top talent to screening candidates, conducting pre-employment checks, and finalising hires.
