This role focuses on performance management, KPI tracking, invoicing and financial processes, plus process improvement within SmartRecruiters, JDE and dashboards, working with Finance, Procurement and the People and Culture team. The role you’ll play
Temporary employees play an essential role in keeping our operations moving across New Zealand.
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded person to oversee the day-to-day management of our temporary employment agency partnerships.
This is not an end-to-end recruitment role. Your focus will be on agency performance, stakeholder relationships, financial processes, reporting and ensuring our temporary workforce model operates efficiently and consistently. You will work closely with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, Finance, Procurement and the wider People and Culture team.
As our subject matter expert, you will use data, market insights and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, manage costs and continually improve the experience for our hiring managers and temporary employees.
