Beyond ONE is seeking a Tax Director to lead the Group’s tax operating model across multiple jurisdictions and to shape strategy, planning and compliance for a fast growing digital services platform with a telco backbone. You will design and implement a Group-wide Transfer Pricing Policy, establish cross-charging structures, embed tax governance, and partner with Finance, Legal, Technology and local OpCos to bake tax into business processes. The ideal candidate has 12 plus years in tax advisory or in-house roles within multinationals, with cross-jurisdiction experience and prior leadership; telecom or tech exposure is a plus. Must have ERP and tax tech experience, including digital tax compliance like e-invoicing; English fluency is required, Spanish a plus. Onsite in Dubai with possible hybrid work two days per week in UAE and Pakistan. Role Purpose
Why this role matters: As the tax lead within Beyond ONE’s Finance organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and overseeing the Group’s tax operating model across all jurisdictions. This includes driving tax strategy and planning, implementing scalable transfer pricing and cross-charging mechanisms, ensuring global tax compliance oversight, and proactively managing tax risk. Your work will help embed effective tax governance across our diverse and growing international footprint.
What success looks like: Within your first 6–12 months, you will define and operationalize a Group-wide Transfer Pricing Policy, roll out cross-charging practices, and develop a cohesive tax strategy aligned with Beyond ONE’s growth objectives. You will also implement consistent tax compliance processes across geographies and strengthen risk controls.

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law, with a specialization in Tax.
Experience: 12+ years in tax advisory or in-house tax functions within multinational organizations and/or Big 4 consulting firms. Must have a strong record of working across multiple jurisdictions within complex corporate structures. Experience managing large teams and engaging with executive-level stakeholders and board members is essential. A background in the telecom or technology sectors is a plus.
