TikTok's LIVE team is offering a Campaign Operation Project Intern role in Dubai starting in 2026 for a BS/MS student. Key Responsibilities:
- Support agency-side education and communication for TikTok LIVE official campaigns, including campaign rules, timelines, incentives, and best practices
- Assist in the strategy design, research, and optimization of agency self-built campaigns to drive creator participation and revenue growth
- Collect and analyze agency feedback and campaign performance data, and prepare basic reports and insights
- Support campaign-related materials preparation, including presentations, FAQs, guidelines, and promotional content
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (regional operations, product, etc) to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Track platform feature updates related to campaigns and support internal knowledge sharing
