We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support to our top performing Office Leasing Agents based in our Sydney CBD office.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with administrative functions of the business to assist with the provision of accurate, timely and statistical information for the company reporting obligations.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
  • Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate & up to date.
  • Coordinating and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in real estate and property is preferred, but not essential.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
