Apparel Group seeks a proactive Team Coordinator to orchestrate daily activities across multiple retail projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will coordinate schedules, maintain project plans and site reports, prepare progress dashboards, and ensure clean documentation and minutes. The role requires strong internal communication with project managers, engineers and external vendors, plus logistics, action tracking and cross functional liaison with procurement HR and finance. You will also oversee Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm maintenance contracts and Civil Defense panel coordination for new stores. 2–4 years in project coordination or admin, a bachelor’s degree, and solid MS Office skills are essential; MS Project familiarity is a plus. Key Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and track daily activities and schedules of the project team across multiple projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including project plans, site reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Facilitate internal communication between project managers, engineers, and external vendors.
  • Support documentation control and ensure proper filing of project-related documents.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, logistics, and follow-up on action points.
  • Liaise with procurement, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth administrative support to project execution.
  • Provide and monitor Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Annual Maintenance Contract for all stores (monitoring contracts & payments). 
  • Responsible in making request to Civil Defense for the 24x7 panel of new store, from the request of site survey, installation till connection to Civil Defense panel.
  • Monitor inventory of site-related materials, stationary, and required documentation.
  • Follow up on deadlines, project updates, and deliverables from different teams.

Desired Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in retail projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with MS Project or other project tools is a plus.
