The Role

As Team Lead, you are the heartbeat of the floor. You set the pace, lead your section by example, and make sure every guest feels the LPM welcome. You support and motivate the team around you and keep service running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Lead your section by example

• Support and coach the waiters around you

• Look after guests the LPM way: warm, precise, generous

• Keep service flowing during busy periods

• Know the menu and share it with real passion

• Keep setup, stock and cleanliness in good shape

What you need

• Experience in hospitality, ideally in a premium restaurant

• Some experience leading or supporting a team

• A natural host, warm and confident

• Calm when it is busy

• Fluent English
