Advice for applicants

Lead with your international communications leadership in your resume. Open with a line that highlights your experience guiding teams in media relations and internal & change communications across borders, and your track record advising leaders.

Show how you’ve turned strategic priorities into concrete communications programs. Include one or two examples where you translated broad strategy into clear messages and measurable activities that spanned multiple channels and regions.

Be ready to walk through a crisis scenario where you acted as a spokesperson and coordinated a One Voice response. Practice describing how you would partner with senior leaders and regional teams to maintain a consistent brand voice under pressure.

Ask a smart question about how the team balances global consistency with regional needs, and how success is measured for the role. A good prompt is to ask how One Voice is implemented across functions and markets and what leadership expects from the Team Lead in integrating touchpoints across internal and external channels.
