CPKC is hiring a Team Lead, Regulatory Reporting to work onsite in Calgary, AB or Kansas City, MO, leading a small team of 2-3 professionals and owning the preparation, review and submission of Canadian and U.S. regulatory financial statements under U.S. GAAP. The role blends hands-on accounting with people leadership, requiring a BA in Accounting or Finance (CPA or in progress) and at least 4 years in regulatory reporting, plus SAP and BPC experience. You’ll ensure filings meet regulatory requirements, validate data, and partner with Finance on cross-functional data. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Team Lead, Regulatory Reporting supports the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory financial statements and external disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Canadian and U.S. regulatory accounting requirements. Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Reporting, this role balances hands-on regulatory reporting responsibilities with direct people leadership for a small team of regulatory reporting professionals.
