EML seeks a permanent full-time Team Leader in Melbourne to lead a team of Impairment Benefit Specialists and Whole Person Impairment Specialists within the Victorian Workers Compensation framework. You will manage performance against KRAs, foster a customer-centric operating model, and drive continuous improvement while staying abreast of industry trends. As a Team Leader you will lead a team of Impairment Benefit Specialists and Whole Person Impairment Specialists within the legislation and achieve compliance with the Performance Measures.
The role will ensure portfolios are pro-actively and effectively managed in accordance with legislative requirements with a focus on achieving outcomes in line with scheme and internal performance measures.
This is a permanent, full time position based in our Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
