TE Connectivity seeks a Team Leader Assembly for a full time onsite role in MA 94031. You will set up machine tools, fabricate, assemble, maintain and test machinery for experimental work following established machining procedures. You will lead quality checks, document defects and root cause analyses, interpret blueprints to develop prototype models, create toolpaths, and audit part availability. You will fabricate prototype components, establish machining processes, and monitor preventive maintenance and calibration. Typical requirements include at least 5 years of related experience, a high school diploma with vocational training or an AA degree preferred.
