JYSK is seeking a Team Leader Evening Shift at its Lelystad distribution center, overseeing either the Outbound or Online department and guiding a motivated team through a fast growing operation. You will report to the Department Manager, coordinate flow from start to finish, secure timely transport bookings, and ensure clear, proactive communication while maintaining a safe, positive work environment. A strong candidate has logistics or warehouse experience, proven or strong leadership potential, and thrives in a dynamic setting with a focus on development plans and onboarding. JYSK is a rapidly expanding retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this growth logistically, the 10th distribution center is being built in Lelystad. Construction is in full swing, and we expect the distribution center to be operational by early 2027. But of course, that doesn’t mean we’re sitting still until then! Currently, a lot of work is being done in our temporary distribution center to ensure a smooth transition to the new facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for securing an efficient flow of logistics. Either in the Outbound Department or the Online Department. You will lead and develop a team of operational staff while working closely with the Department Manager and other stakeholders. The working hours are currently Monday-Friday from 15:00 - 00:00.
