Each is seeking a collaborative Team Leader Paediatric Psychology for a 12 month fixed term, four days a week (Tuesday to Friday) starting April 2026, based in Ringwood East with outreach flexibility. The role combines strategic and clinical leadership for the Paediatric Psychology team and the SRF Allied Health program, with responsibilities for service quality, supervision, risk management and capacity building across kindergartens and early years programs. The ideal candidate will have a psychology degree, current AHPRA registration, and demonstrated expertise in child development and school readiness, plus Board Approved Supervision Training; an endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology is highly regarded.
