You will ensure HSE and lab practices, define experiments, document results, support knowledge transfers, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to cost estimates and process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in organic chemistry or chemical engineering (Post Doc or equivalent), strong hands on experience in organic chemistry, fluent English (German or French a plus), and familiarity with data science, modelling, automation or process analytics, plus basic Python MATLAB or R or willingness to learn.
