Reporting to the National Manager of Psychology and NES, this Team Leader role oversees Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors across Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle, ensuring clinical support, client facing standards and growth of NES services in partnership with the National New Employer Specialist and National New Employment Manager. Core duties include leading the team, conducting LMA and NE RTW plan reviews, delivering feedback and training, managing overflow referrals or a small caseload, and contributing to Learning and Development. Requirements: degree in Psychology, full AHPRA registration preferred, 3+ years in New Employer Services, and a valid vehicle license.
