This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a focused, proud team that delivers exceptional service and exceeds client expectations while upholding safety and standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 Horticulture qualification with a GrowSafe certificate, be comfortable working on the tools, and demonstrate strong communication with clients and staff, a full clean NZ driver’s licence with manual capability, plus solid planning, administrative and reporting skills.
