BlueScope is hiring multiple full-time Team Members for the Orrcon Manufacturing production team in Salisbury, QLD. No prior operations or manufacturing experience is required because comprehensive on-the-job training is provided; highlight your safety mindset, teamwork and adaptability to rotating shifts in your application. You’ll operate machinery, forklifts and cranes, and assist with packing and quality checks. Starting pay is about $1,154.82 per week, with shift loadings for afternoon and night, overtime eligibility, and an annual bonus. Our operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with opportunities available across day, afternoon and night shifts. With Monday to Friday shifts, your weekend are all yours.

Your starting weekly rate will be from $1,154.82 depending on your skills and experience. As you learn and develop in the role, your weekly rate will increase in line with our structured level system. Day shift is paid at the standard rate, with afternoon shift attracting a 15% shift loading allowance and night shift attracting a 30% shift loading allowance. Public holidays are paid.

In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.
