What will you be doing?

The Teamlead Field and Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of field and production operations. This role combines hands-on coordination with team leadership and process improvement. The position also supports the Delivery Manager by managing day-to-day production delivery tasks, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Field Coordination
    • Lead and manage the field team, ensuring clear task delegation and accountability.
    • Monitor field activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met (promotions).
    • Act as the go-to person for field-related escalations and real-time problem-solving for Field desk (working in office) and Field workers (scanning in stores).
    • Oversee the allocation and usage of equipment and personnel in Field.
    • Document field activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve future project planning and execution.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
    • Analyze current field workflows and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop, implement, and document standardized procedures and best practices.
    • Ensure all field team members are trained on updated processes and tools.
  • Production Delivery Support
    • Work closely with the Delivery Manager to coordinate production.
    • Follow up on major production issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
    • Provide regular status updates on production progress, risks, and dependencies.

 

Requirements

  • You are a self-starter who has the ability to independently problem solve, adapt to change, and course correct potential issues/problems with confidence and composure.
  • Ability to recognize the opportunity for process improvement/standardization and to work with cross-functional teams to drive change/standardization.
  • Proficiency in all MS applications, especially Excel.
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Where you demonstrate a partnership approach and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
  • You have a problem solving attitude, where you ask meaningful and relevant questions to understand problems and potential causes of complex problems.
  • Demonstrates well-developed efficiency, accuracy and detail orientation techniques.
  • You have strong knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
  • Experience in project management is desirable and affinity is required.
