Vinted, the European platform redefining how people buy and sell pre-loved clothes and lifestyle items, is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to help fuel its growth from Amsterdam on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The company has built a trio of units to power its mission: Vinted Marketplace, Vinted Go, and Vinted Pay. As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a central part in attracting and hiring the right people for Vinted’s tech areas while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional. What you’ll do day to day

You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft a smooth interview path that helps them attract the right tech talent. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posts and proactive sourcing to interviews and offers, while building a strong pool of candidates through LinkedIn, other sourcing tools, job boards, employee referrals, and employer branding activities.

Guiding interviewers on effective techniques and evaluation methods will be part of your daily work, as will tracking key hiring metrics to keep processes efficient and the candidate experience positive. You’ll also contribute to process improvement projects and stay current with recruitment best practices and tools to continually lift how candidates experience the journey from first contact to offer.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or talent acquisition specialist with a focus on tech roles
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and a range of recruitment tools
  • Strong capability in engaging candidates and building relationships
  • Solid understanding of assessment tools and how interview outcomes are evaluated
  • Excellent English communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to grow within the talent acquisition field

Pay, perks and practical details

The annual gross salary range for this position is: €47.300–€63.900 EUR. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a potential path to permanency depending on business needs. The role is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid arrangement that suggests two days in the office each week, letting you balance collaboration with focused work.
