Porsche offers a six month Technical Aftersales Intern program in Dubai, onsite and full-time, with a 5,500 AED stipend plus visa and health insurance. You will support parts supply, logistics and claim management across MEA markets, assist leadership, help prepare reviews, run Aftersales reports, and support BI and IT requests. What sets you apart: passion for cars and Porsche, studies in business or engineering, strong English, MS Office and Power BI, attention to detail, a quick learner with an independent work style, and six months availability. Our Team

At Porsche, the Aftersales department is responsible for all activities that keep the sold cars in perfect condition for our customers. Our department’s core responsibilities include spare parts supply and turnover, further business development, repair expertise for high voltage, warranty, service excellence, loyalty offers, service marketing and homologation for new cars.  



What to expect?

  • Gaining insights into the Aftersales department’s daily operations at the regional office
  • Supporting parts supply, logistics, and claim management in coordination with MEA markets and Porsche AG
  • Assisting the Director and Technical Service Excellence Manager with operational and strategic tasks
  • Supporting in creating presentations for business reviews, performance updates, and management meetings
  • Managing monthly reporting and supporting the Aftersales business reports and data input from markets
  • Contributing to the development of the Aftersales BI Project by defining and implementing analytical use cases within the IT system
  • Supporting with Aftersales IT requests, creating user access profiles based on market requirements
  • Coordinating department meetings, workshops, projects, and conferences

Please note it is part of the interns responsibility to step in and cover our HQ reception desk.

 

Contractual Terms:

  • As a prerequisite for application, candidates must be available to commit to the full 6-month internship period from 24 August 2026 to 26 February 2027
  • Full time hours
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

 

Package:

  • Internship with one of the world’s most luxury car brands
