Key priorities are a Master’s in mechanical engineering with thermodynamics specialization (a refrigeration-focused PhD is a plus), proven field engineering experience in OEM contexts, deep know-how of compressors, refrigeration circuits, heat transfer, and BPHE/MCHE diagnostics.
