Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Cloud Technical Architect with a Data Cloud focus, onsite in Melbourne. You will architect and deliver Marketing Cloud solutions that unify data, power journeys, and enable integrations via connectors and APIs. The role requires 3+ years of SaaS delivery and customer-facing consulting, design and configuration of Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution, and activation. Proficiency in T-SQL, HTML, SSJS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and SDLC practices is essential, with Automation Studio and Journey Builder experience. Willingness to travel regionally, a degree or equivalent, and Salesforce certifications are preferred. Marketing Cloud Technical Architects are experienced technical subject matter experts within specific domains of Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications and tools with a focus on Data Cloud. The solutions we build are on the cutting edge of our customers’ marketing journeys and 1 to 1 experiences for our customers. We incorporate the use of Predictive Intelligence, building out omni channel customer journeys, integrating with customer data and importing customer data from multiple client data sources. We turn projects around fast and see our clients achieve their objectives quickly.
