BT Group is hiring a Technical Delivery Professional in Ipswich for a full-time hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 remote) to forecast demand, optimize resources, mitigate risks and provide governance across the Internet and Business Connectivity Team. You’ll support delivery managers on small to medium technical projects, coordinate programme activity, triage demand, align roadmaps and drive continuous improvement using agile methods. Essential: end-to-end delivery experience with strong stakeholder communication, planning and prioritisation, and proficiency with JIRA and Excel for reporting. Desirable: service knowledge (Ethernet, DIA, BTnet, IP Connect), platform familiarity, PMP ITIL or Agile qualifications. You will be supporting delivery managers on the build and development of small to medium sized deliveries across the Internet and Business Connectivity Team. For context, the products and plaforms in the Internet and Business Connectivity Team generate significant revenues for BT, with the supporting platforms representing c30% of UK internet, all of BT’s private IPVPN and a significant proportion of the Mobile Backhaul connectivity within the UK.
