Bombardier is seeking a Technical Expert, Engineering - Ground Flight Testing Integrator in Québec for a full time onsite role in the Ground & Flight Test Engineering group, coordinating testing of a new product with internal labs. You will document the testing strategy, requirements, scorecards, and schedules for ground rigs and flight test vehicles, review status and issues, and support cross‑discipline problem solving with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering with 10–15 years in aerospace, is autonomous, results driven and a strong communicator with solid analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and knowledge of Siemens Suite (Teamcenter) is a plus. What are your contributions to the team?
- Be a part of the Ground & Flight Test Engineering group, supporting the coordination and management of ground and flight testing of a new product.
- Collaborate on the definition, design and integration of ground and flight testing within the new product development team including Bombardier Flight Test Center (BFTC) and Bombardier Experimental (BEX).
- Document the project testing strategy, requirements, demands, and scorecards and any other supporting technical definition for testing
- Generate and maintain design, build, and test schedules for ground rigs and flight test vehicles
- Review status, issues, and their resolution process for all phases of testing for all Bombardier owned testing assets
- Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines, including engaging with the integrated product development team to determine testing strategy, timeline, purpose, and requirements
- Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the work as required to complete your tasks
