Virgin Media O2 seeks a Technical Lead for B2B Digital Network Products to provide end-to-end technical leadership across the B2B domain, ensuring high quality design, delivery and operation in line with TMF Lead-to-Cash and service orchestration frameworks. You’ll be the technical authority on IPVPN, DIA, SD-WAN guiding supplier deliveries, validating designs and driving automation with Itential, Appian and SDN controllers such as Cisco NSO. Requirements include a strong network background (BGP/IGP/IP/MPLS), hands-on DevSecOps with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD, cloud experience (GCP preferred), and API gateways. In your application, emphasize measurable outcomes, leadership with KPIs, security and governance, automation, and TMF-aligned cross-team collaboration.

The B2B Domain Technical Lead provides end-to-end technical leadership across B2B digital network products, ensuring high-quality design, delivery, and operation of services for business customers. This role spans Lead-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve journeys, aligned with digital end-state architecture and TM Forum frameworks.
The role is a technical authority for B2B network products, guiding multiple supplier deliveries, influencing design decisions, and ensuring products are secure, scalable, and performant. This includes testing hypotheses, defining design constraints, best practices, and enabling automation across the domain.
