Meta seeks a Technical Lead for Silicon Validation to own pre-silicon and post-silicon bring-up, validation, and qualification for custom infrastructure ASICs powering Meta’s data center fleet, onsite in Menlo Park, CA, full-time. The role requires defining validation strategy, building scalable frameworks and automation, and guiding cross functional teams to gate tape-out and production readiness. You will mentor engineers, drive metrics and quality gates, coordinate with foundries and IP vendors, and translate fleet data into validation requirements. To apply, highlight 12+ years in ASIC validation, hands-on experience with RDMA, DPDK, networking, PCIe, Ethernet, DRAM, and proficiency in Python or C++. Demonstrate impact with measurable outcomes, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Meta's Infrastructure Silicon organization is seeking a Technical Lead for Silicon Validation to own and drive pre-silicon and post-silicon bring-up, validation, and qualification for custom silicon powering Meta's data center fleet. In this role, you will define the technical direction for validation methodologies, lead cross-functional efforts spanning design, architecture, and systems engineering, and ensure that Meta's infrastructure ASICs meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and correctness before and after deployment at scale.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead pre-silicon and post-silicon bring-up, validation, and qualification activities across the full product lifecycle, from test planning and emulation through characterization and fleet deployment
