Technical Learning Advisor (Mechanical Technician)

Bombardier is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician background to join the Organizational Learning team in Québec on a full-time onsite basis. In this role you will advise and train new hires, design hands-on activities, set up training environments, deliver sessions, act as a subject matter expert, and lead coaching to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You’ll need at least four years as a Preflight Mechanic Technician plus experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, solid organizational abilities, and bilingual fluency in French and English. What are your contributions to the team?
- Integrate and develop hands-on activities within our training programs
- Set up the learning environments required for training
- Deliver training sessions and support our new employees
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide the technical expertise required to implement new solutions and learning pathways
- Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners; identify and capture continuous improvement opportunities
- Promote continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Preflight Mechanic Technician
- You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are able to manage projects effectively

- You have strong organizational and planning skills
